Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.
For craft kits and yarn products, the item must not have been started, altered, knitted, crocheted, cut, or otherwise used.
Damaged or Missing Items
We carefully check our products before shipment. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing materials, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please provide your order number and photos of the item and packaging so that we can quickly assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow your payment provider some additional time to process the refund after it has been issued.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and product-quality reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including products that have been used, altered, assembled, or partially completed.
Digital products, downloadable patterns, and other digital content are also non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
Exchanges
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us. We will work with you to provide a replacement or another suitable solution.
